Appointment Tips To Help You Prepare
Whether it’s your first appointment with us or your twentieth, here are some tips to keep in mind as you prepare:
- We always treat our customers and their homes with the utmost respect, but one thing you can do to help is remove any valuables or breakable items from the hearth area prior to our appointment. We need about 7 feet of clearance in front of the fireplace in order to quickly set up our equipment and provide you with prompt and stress-free, mess-free service.
- The safety of our customers and our team is of the highest importance to us. That’s why we ask that you discontinue use of the appliance being serviced for a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow the fireplace or stove to cool so that no one is put in harm’s way during the service appointment.
- If necessary, please remove any ash from your fireplace or stove prior to the appointment.
- And lastly, feel free to watch us at work or ask us any questions you may have about the process or about how to better and more safely use your fireplace or stove. We love helping our customers get the most from their hearths!
You can expect our team to be on time and to provide expert service, without making a mess of your home or property. If you haven’t yet scheduled your appointment, give us a call at 512-702-7415 or click here. We look forward to serving you!
Needing to contact us to make an appointment but not sure about having a tech come to your home to do the assessment? You can now fill out a virtual assessment form so that we can look at your chimney or fireplace without making an on-site visit.
