Long before our chimney technicians serve our customers, they acquire experience through specific in-house training, and receive their Certified Chimney Sweep Credential from the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA).

The CSIA certification requires technicians to continue with ongoing training, mastering new skills as the industry and safety codes evolve. Each chimney technician is required to test every three years in order to keep their CSIA certification. Additionally, the CSIA requires chimney technicians to sign and adhere to the Chimney Sweep Code of Ethics, which emphasizes honesty and professionalism for the protection of the homeowner.
