One of the most famous attractions in Austin, the Barton Springs Pool is a three-acre natural spring-fed watering hole with a constant 68 degree temperature. Over 800,000 visit the Barton Springs Pool every year, and Robert Redford even learned how to swim here when he was five years old! To see both of these attractions, take a ride on the Zilker Zephyr, a miniature train that is especially fun for kids.
